SocialNest Member Agreement

1. Eligibility

To use SocialNest, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reside in India.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable laws.

2. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: You are required to create an account using your real name and accurate personal information. Pseudonyms or impersonations are strictly prohibited.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Unauthorized Access: Notify SocialNest immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

3. Community Guidelines

To foster a respectful and safe community, you agree to:

• Respect Others: Avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior.
• Authentic Content: Share truthful information; do not spread misinformation, spam, or fake news.
• Legal Compliance: Refrain from engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or any actions that violate Indian laws.
• Responsible Use: Avoid excessive self-promotion, solicitation, or any disruptive behavior that may harm the community experience.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on SocialNest, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's operation.

Prohibited Content: Do not post content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive. Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any laws is strictly prohibited.

Content Moderation: SocialNest reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates this Agreement or our Community Guidelines.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

Data Usage: Your data may be used to improve Platform services, personalize user experience, and for other purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Impersonation: Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or SocialNest's systems.
• Automated Systems: Use bots, scripts, or other automated processes to access or interact with the Platform.
• Malicious Activities: Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

7. Termination and Suspension

Termination by You: You may deactivate your account at any time through your account settings.

Termination by SocialNest: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. SocialNest may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [City], India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
